Why Take This Learning Track? Have you taken Peer I and want more skills?  Do you want to serve as a Peer Minister within the Disciple Project this year?  Taking this track will enable you to be part of the Peer Ministry teams at Synod gatherings, congregations, in communities, and with friends.

Prerequisites - Things you must do to take this track:

1. You must have taken Peer Ministry I.

2. Identify your mentor and get to him/her.  You will be required to provide your mentor’s contact info during the online registration process.

3. E-mail an introductions of yourself to Lyle Griner at peermin@peerministry.org

To-Do Before You Come

1.Meet with your mentor at least one time before coming. Ask him/her who or what has influenced his/her faith life. Swap stories about your faith journey.

2. Review what you know about Peer Ministry skills.

3. E-mail Lyle Griner (see Prerequisites)

To Be A Successful Leader 1.Meet with your mentor.

2.Get a team of people equipped for peer ministry in your congregation.
