Why Take This Learning Track? For people who are wondering about leadership, want to better understand their own personal identity and how they might serve in our world. We will look at leadership in sports, the arts, business and regular life through a faith lens. Successful leaders have key principles for making decisions, spending time and money.

Prerequisites - Things you must do to take this track:

1. Identify your mentor and get to know them. You will be required to provide your mentor's contact info during your week.

2. Bring the following things with you from home: Picture of you as a baby or child, 3 things from your home that describe you, your favorite song on a CD

3. Meet with your mentor at least one time before coming. Ask him/her who or what has influenced his/her faith life. Swap stories about your faith journey.

To-Do Before You Come

1. Meet with your mentor at least one time before coming.

2. Ask you closest friends and family members to pray for you while you are at the Disciple Project.

To Be A Successful Leader

1. Trust that God has made you unique on purpose!

2. Learn to listen to God coming to you in the people you trust, in your reflections and in your prayer life.
